Barrisol Painted Deco enables architects, decorators and building owners to create unique decorations with their choice of form, subject, colour and style!

Not only can the sheet be painted like an artist's canvas, but Barrisol's various surface finishes open up a vast array of visual and textural possibilities.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Three different visual possibilities can be created with an artwork on a 'light box' and an internal-external illumination system:

Stained glass effect
The light box interior is illuminated, producing a soft atmosphere of transparent colors.

Traditional painting effect
The artwork is illuminated externally, with the lightbox interior unlit.

Light effect
The interior and external lights are both illuminated, mixing pigmentation and transparency to add depth to the artwork.

PROCEDURE

• Barrisol constructs the frame to the specified design and dimensions required
• The Painted Deco sheet is fitted to the frame, and tested with several intensities of light to obtain the three visual variations (see above).
• The sheet is covered with a protective film to make it resistant to cleaning products.
• On arrival at the artist's location, the sheet is taken off the frame, painted, and then refitted to the frame (a simple task with Barrisol's patented assembly system).
• The Painted Deco artwork is installed by your authorised Barrisol installer.
